Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

It's 6 miles to Porcupine Plain and a 25 minute drive to Greenwater Provincial Park. Your closest neighbour is a sled dog kennel that you can visit (by appointment) and in the winter you can book a sled dog tour that will take you through some beautiful forest trails.
