Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. You can watch Amish buggies drive by while you rock on the front porch, access shared patio spaces or sit by a creek. We have cows, goats & chickens. Relax on this peaceful all sports lake in southern MI. The lake has abundant fishing opportunities with numerous pan-fish and pike. Just a few minutes to Sturgis Mi, for shopping and many restaurants. The Mexican restaurants in the area are some of the best. Just a little over 2 hrs to Detroit and 2.5 hrs to Chicago, only 40 minutes to Shipshewana In, the heart of Amish county. Close to some great biking trails. There are 4 kayaks for your use during your stay 3 singles & 1 double.

The property is located across the street from the lake, it includes lake access and a shared pier. Visit Shipshewana and enjoy all this quaint small town has to offer.

Forest Glade is a beautiful cabin tucked away in the wooded hills of Sturgis, MI. Completely private and thoughtfully furnished, you'll love what our home offers. On the main floor is an open kitchen/living area that's filled with natural light, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom, and another half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with twin over full bunks in both rooms, a full bathroom, and an open loft with a sitting area.

Cottages on Sand Lake - The Cozy Cottage

Cozy two bedroom cottage with a view. Deck right off living room to enjoy the view of the lake. Paddle boat, row boats, paddle boards and kayaks provided. Lake trampoline also. Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.
