Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Auf etwa 900m Seehöhe über der Nebelgrenze gelegen befindet sich im malerischen Ort Trahütten das Koralpenchalet. Blicken Sie von der großen Terrasse direkt auf die Koralpe und genießen Sie die frische Waldluft. Das aus Holz erbaute Chalet bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz gegehrt. Zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa bieten Platz für max. 6 Personen. Nach einem ereignisreichen Wandertag kann man in der Fasssauna oder dem Holzbadefass entspannen.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Unser stilvolles und luxuriöses Almchalet ist auf 1400m Seehöhe gelegen. Genieße die 80m² große Terrasse mit Panoramasauna und Jacuzzi. Die Alleinlage machen unser Chalet mit einer Flasche Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weinkeller zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Im Winter laden die Gebiete Kreischberg, Grebenzen und Lachtal zum Schifahren ein. Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.
