This cozy, spacious and comfortable house is located in Loiza, a small beach town, 30 mins from SJ Airport. The house has a big backyard with gazebo and terrace. It's very nice and quiet. You can walk 2 blocks to a small beach or drive 7 minutes to the beautiful Malibu Beach that has turquoise waters and coconut palms. The community has the charm of a typical Puerto Rican town; the neighbors are warm and friendly people. Suitable for 3 couples with children, single adults, family or groups.

A 30-min drive from the SJU airport, this property is located inside a secluded and private apartment complex in Loíza, Puerto Rico. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation or to have Zoom meetings with the Atlantic Ocean as the background. During your stay you will have enough time to enjoy the beach, take a dip in the pool, work (if you have to), use the grill, watch movies and unwind in a quiet environment. Note: A rental car is essential to get here and move around the area.

You will find that the property has many amenities (2 Pools, Private Beach, Tennis/Basketball Courts & Gym. It is also very safe with 24 Hour On-Site Gated Security.

This is peaceful place to stay. Casa Mare mio is a beach front house near to beautiful beaches like, Vacia Talega in Piñones, Luquillo beach, Isla Verde beach is at 30 Minutes and seven seas in fajardo is an 1 hour. From fajardo you can take public ferries to Vieques and Culebra island. Our place is at 20 minutes distance to Yunque Rainforest and Hacienda Carabalí. Near the house you find, super market and restaurants like Le Parrilla, la Parrilla and Luquillo Kiosks!
