Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront 4 season cabin. It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Heated in the winter with propane.

Ideal for people wanting to boat, fish, snowmobile or visit the sights in Sudbury & spend the evenings relaxing by the lake. Nepewassi Lake is 16 miles long with good fishing. Owner's home is located on the property. Cabin includes bedding, towels, fridge, hotplate, charcoal grill. Children stay free-please inform when booking.
