Situated right on Long Lake and mere steps from the four season premier destination known as Kivi Park. Walk two minutes over to Kivi Park to take advantage of all the park amenities! Activities available at the park are plentiful and include hiking trails, walking paths, scenic running, mountain biking, fat biking, skating, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, and swimming at Crowley Lake. Equipment for most activities can be rented at the Kivi Park Chalet or you can bring your own.

The waterfront has been excavated to remove the weeds and create a sandy beach, but there is currently no dock on the property.
