This very nice 3 room apartment is located in the district of Liebenau. The building was newly constructed in 2018 and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The distribution of the 65m² is ideal. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, a living room with the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished. The terrace has a great view of the park. For longer stays there is a washing machine in the storage room, an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack. The apartment is very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail.

Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. Das geräumige Haus (130 m2) zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Hanglage mit einer rund 80 m2 großen Terrasse, sowie einer sehr schönen Aussicht aus. Das Haus liegt gut für Durchreisende. Aber auch für Urlaubende ist es überaus interessant. Man erreicht sehr viele Orte der Süd- und Weststeiermark in relativ kurzer Zeit .
