And just a 40 min drive to the Orient Pt Ferry. We are 30 mins to The Hamptons, and 5 mins to the LIRR. Most importantly we can assure your stay with us will be, peaceful and comfortable.

This charming restored historic house in Huntington Village offers 3 bedrooms with 2 queen, 1 full sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, including a home office. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, and guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped grounds including a private backyard, stone fireplace, multiple patios, outdoor dining table and chairs, loungers, lawn games, golf green with clubs and balls .

It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The upstairs bedroom is loft style and has a luxurious queen size bed. It's ideal for short and long stays. It is a perfect place for cozy evenings and lazy mornings, it can also serve as a temporary workplace. High tea style, organic breakfast available (20$ per person)

This cottage is a gem to be found! From the primary room to the charming loft, this cottage can sleep 6! There is a full working kitchen. For those who wish to do exploring, you will be centrally located on LI giving you great ease in using LI rail road (.5 mile) from cottage and Port Jeff Ferry (1mile)from cottage. There is a large fenced in yard with BBQ and outdoor seating if you wish to dine in. Dogs are allowed w/prior notice and a $65 pet fee. You won’t beat this value! Has it All!!

We are located on a tree lined street, beside Wooster Square park, and ten minutes walk to Yale old campus and downtown New Haven. There is plenty of free street parking, out front.
