Crafted in timeless stone & wood, this elegant home sits on a 1-acre estate with terraced gardens blooming with Aquilegias, Clematis, Peonies, Delphiniums, Digitalis, Wisteria, Rudbeckia & 200 exquisite David Austin Old English Roses. Gather with loved ones around the crackling indoor fireplaces or an open-air bonfire. Whether sipping chai in the rose garden or watching the snow fall in winter, you’ll find a little piece of “Jannat” here

Riverside Hobbit House Bhimtal

We have loved creating this space - with some elements which only make sense in dreams - after all... ZNMD ! It's a bit filmy (read LOTR inspired elements), a little rough around the edges (aren't we all) and perpetually a work in progress 😊 10mins from Bhimtal - two AC bedrooms with lofts, comfortable living space, kitchenette, large sit out space and the beauty of nature all around! And yes - very poor cell coverage. The sound of the stream is a constant companion and deer sometimes visit !

Wild Pear

With gorgeous mountain views, large outdoors, birdwatching, hikes, and modern amenities, this place is for tranquility and slowness. You must walk 10 minutes to get here. There is a climb back. Read by large bay windows, cozy up by the bukharis, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, stargaze. We are secluded, and you will experience the wilderness. A 10min walk down from the road or a 3 minute trek, you need to be mildly adventurous and fit to get here. Shops are a 2minute drive or 15minute walk.

Sage Cottage - A Home with a View

Sage Cottage is comfortable, prettily furnished and cosy. High wooden ceilings add lofty warmth. There's enough space to moon over the emerald green terraces, the oak forest that's a birder's paradise, or even the lush garden which has a couple of cottages quite close by. We have a caretaker to clean for you and guide you. You are welcome to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We can arrange a cook and groceries should you desire that option. The cook charges on a daily basis.

All basic amenities are available for a fun filled stay. Come here to relax, read, trek and enjoy. A caretaker is available to help with cleaning and cooking. There are a few nice cosy cafes also nearby. A place to rejuvenate yourself. Immerse yourself in nature. Its around 9 KM from Mukteshwar Wifi and power backup available.
