Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

🏖 Our newly built ☆☆☆☆ villa with a heated pool is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the Zadar region. Located only 11 km from Zadar city center, it offers peace, privacy, and comfort. The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ.
