This is an active art studio for New York based artist, Alex Boller. The Airstream is tucked under heritage trees that were inspected and approved by a certified arborist. Deeply wooded area overlooking a pond. There is one full mattress, a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are turned off from November - March, no water. There is no heat or electric in the house - this is a winter camping experience.
