A goat sanctuary, animal lovers can visit with our over 30 rescue goats, chickens, dogs and of course, local wildlife

Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Outlier Inn Tiny House 3 on Farm Upstate Catskills

Tiny House 3 is a cozy, light-filled cabin built from local pine and hemlock. It sleeps up to 3 guests with a full-size loft bed and a single day bed. Includes a writing nook, closet, outlets, WiFi, fans for summer, and a space heater for early spring/fall. Guests have a private firepit, charcoal grill, hammock, and outhouse, plus access to a communal outdoor kitchen, hot shower, dining area, and cedar sauna. Available mid-April to mid-November.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.
