Taíno Woods Sanctuary, of 12 acres in the Catskills is the perfect place to pitch your tent, gaze up at the stars, and unwind next to a nearby fire. This raw, soft, organic land is a home teeming with life. Listen to the birds as they sing throughout the day and into the night. The Hillside Retreat

Apple orchard mornings. Firelit nights. Dark sky stars. Privately situated with wide southwestern views over the Delaware Valley, our 46-acre, solar-powered, cigarette-free property offers peace, privacy, maintained walking trails, a pond, fruit trees and native plantings. Once a dairy farm, it is now our homestead. Boutique bathhouse with handcrafted shower and outhouse, built on-site from locally felled hemlock. The tents are not visible from our house, and your privacy is respected.

River's Edge Sunset Campsite

Stunning location with all the amenities for a truly memorable fall or winter adventure. Snuggle by the fire, hike the woods, or read a book in the comfort of your tent. Please note that in the winter months steady attention to wood stove is essential! Loading wood is required every 4 hours and takes some skill but with patience is extremely rewarding and tent will stay an easy 70-80 degrees. Although there is also an electric heater, this is sufficient only down to freezing.

The Birch Meadow Retreat

Quiet, Private Glamping — Where the woods and meadow meet. Our outfitted 10’ x 12’ platform canvas glamping tent invites you to slow down in a rural setting. The Birch Meadow offers privacy, cocooned beneath a stand of cherry birch trees, with thoughtful comforts throughout. Relax by the fire pit, make s’mores and memories under a dark, star-filled sky. Located a mile away from world class fishing and swimming. Enjoy lounging on the spacious platform, sitting by fire pit, separate cooking area. Take a cold plunge in our spring-fed pond just across the street. Beaverkill River 1 mile away.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

The Lagoon

Get away from it all — including other campers! Reserve your own piece of the river overlooking a serene and private lagoon. Perfect to lounge with friends or monitor your children while they wade by the shore. Spend nights by the campfire or wading and floating on the water's edge while rafters float by.
