The Katonah House at Lake Mokoma

This cozy & updated lake property has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Relax with the whole family at Hikers Haven nestled in the quaint town of Lopez, enjoy a fire and the serenity of the creek just steps away. Our home is situated minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park, a park with 22 amazing waterfalls, a beautiful place to hike, boat, fish and swim at the beach on Lake Jean. We’re 15 minutes from the Dutchmans Falls entrance of Loyalsock Forest, Eagles Mere and Worlds End State Park. Just steps from Winterland Winery and Lopez Winery. Private driveway.

Time Forgot Cottage

Spend your time away in this 1934 cottage in beautiful Eagles Mere. The "Time Forgot" cottage has so much history and charm. This cottage features 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and updated eat in kitchen, and 2 covered porches. The kids will LOVE the large yard and playhouse. The cottage is centrally located in town. It is about a five-minute walk to the lake, the park, the Sweet Shop, Museum, Eagles Mere Inn and Country Store. You can’t get any more convenient!

Foothill House•Private 3 bedroom home•Hughesville

Foothill House is on the outskirts of Hughesville. It is in a country setting, abundant with wildlife. The house borders a pond, which is amazing to just sit and relax next too. Central Pa has many amazing restaurants that provide farm to table food in our lush pa summers. We are close to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming and much more. If your visiting for work, we aren’t too far from civilization.

The Cabin

Relax with the whole family at our cozy cabin in the woods. This 1,000 sq. foot cabin offers 3 bedrooms with a large living/dining room and spacious kitchen. You will see wild life on or around the property. The cabin is minutes away from Ricketts Glen State Park and Worlds End State Park. These parks offer beautiful hiking trails, swimming, boating, fishing and much more. Back at the cabin there is a campfire ring with chairs and all wood is provided.

Bear Bottom

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of room to enjoy indoor or outdoor activities. The house offers privacy and room for families to do a variety of activities. There are many opportunities to hike, bike, shop, hunt, fish, and sightsee. Close to Loyalsock State Park and Ricketts Glenn State Park. Sullivan County now requires us to charge an additional 5% per transaction. This will be added after confirmation.

Hook, Wine, and Sinker

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the quaint little town of Eagles Mere. Located in the mountains, with the woods as your backyard, you are within walking/biking distance to the beach, as well as the main part of town. When not swimming at the lake or enjoying the outdoors, the house has a foosball table and a ping pong table to keep you active. You can also relax wth a book or board game on the screened in porch.

On the Rocks quiet retreat

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. “On the Rocks,” your home away from home. We are sure you will find peace and tranquility surrounded by our 25 acres of woodlands. Rickett’s Glen State Park, with its beautiful waterfalls and Lake Jean are just a few miles away. Close proximity to PA State Game lands and trails. The wrap-around deck with 4 rocking chairs is a perfect place to enjoy the scenery or hang out with loved ones.

Tannery School House in Laporte is the perfect country getaway. This rustic and newly renovated school house offers the most unique experience in Sullivan County. Featuring one open loft bedroom, one and a half bath with sleeping arrangements for 6. Our house is minutes away from Worlds End State Park and Historic Eagles Mere. With exclusive visitor membership access to Eagles Mere Country Club for golf, tennis and fine dining.

Ricketts Glen Cozy Cottage

This mountain home is the biggest of our 4 rentals near Ricketts Glen state park. Perfect for 1-8 guests! We will match the price of our smaller rentals for single and couple guests. This property which was my grandparents borders Ricketts Glen. I have many fond memories hunting and hiking and coming back to my Gram’s exceptional cooking. This home is off of Hynick road on 10 private acres. Walking distance from the falls!
