Beautiful, historic, remodeled home in walking distance of downtown Kingsport and the 11 mile Greenbelt. It's the closest stand alone home to downtown. My wife and I run and maintain the property and live close by. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/laundry room. Enjoy a self-guided bike tour of Bristol! 2 miles from Steele Creek Park. 1 mile from downtown. Enjoy restaurants & live music. There is a 2nd bathroom in the basement.
