Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cortland, 30-40 minutes from Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse, Auburn, and 50 minutes from Binghamton. This is a great place to unwind after exploring Central NY.

The Little House

Light-filled, restored 19th-century cottage in the Village of Groton, 20 minutes from Ithaca. 900 square-feet of space, original woodwork and hardware, contemporary appliances and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas stove, foldout couch. Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, parking, and perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges.

Walking distance to grocery stores, laundromat, coffee shop, restaurants, a fitness center, bus route, and city owned rental bikes all located within just a few minutes.

Nestled in a grove of Norwegian spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

1820's Quaint Rustic Farmhouse

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Cortland Guest House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near Gutchess fields, Greek Peak, Hope Lake, Yaman, SUNY Cortland and thirty minute drive to Cornell or Syracuse. Spacious, private, one bedroom guest house over a two bay garage. A standing arcade game, porch chairs and full size air mattress all available, just not shown. Spacious parking, and close to grocery, gas and famous Footie Freeze Ice Cream stand!

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
