This large modern family home is freshly renovated, located approximately fifteen minute drive from Launceston City Centre. This home has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. You'll have more than enough space to relax and soak in the views. I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm. Lock box codes will be sent in a message to you, on the day of your arrival.

You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local wine on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

Treetops - art, views near Cataract Gorge

A stylish, sun-filled townhouse just minutes by car from the city centre. Stunning views of Launceston and the Tamar River can be seen through the treetops and in the distance forested mountain slopes. Across the road, a trail leads down through Cataract Gorge. The classy, well-stocked library has a comfy sofa, and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. A sunny deck beckons. Fast wifi and quality Smart TV with streaming services are available. The wood fired hot tub is without doubt the highlight. The claw foot bath, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and friendly native wildlife are close seconds.

The Crib
