Recently remodeled, private 3 bed, 3 bath- sleeps up to 8. New kitchen appliances, new floors, new carpet, and furniture. LowCountry Folly is on a marsh-front lot with a large back yard featuring a dock. Beach access is two houses down to the right and surfing at the 'Washout' is less than 1 mile.
