Sprawling 4 bedroom ranch with large exterior area

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 bedrooms on the main level with one extra-large bedroom in the basement along with a full bathroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs, as well as the living room. The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.
