The home has original features from 1906, a favorite is the claw foot tub, take a relaxing bath! Have coffee on the front porch swing! Conveniently located 2 blocks f/ the Longleaf Trace, 2 miles f/ Sumrall Sportsplex public use tennis and pickleball courts, 2 miles f/ Dogwood Venue, & 15 miles f/ USM Campus.

The Cottage on the Green

The Cottage is situated on the backside of an acre parcel behind the main house. A swimming pool separates the main house from the cottage. The property is very quiet, peaceful and private. Guest have a Separate entrance. We are a retired lieutenant from a California LE agency and his wife a retired teacher who give guests as much privacy as requested. We are a short distance from the Longleaf Trace and 1.5 miles from the Barn at Bridlewood wedding venue for those attending a wedding there.

Tiny Home Oasis

Enjoy the hummingbirds & flowers on the porch of this tiny home oasis. Featuring a small front porch & a small, private, fenced in yard, this tiny home provides a relaxing outdoor area you’re sure to enjoy! Inside, a quaint living room with a comfy couch & big tv is perfect for curling up & catching up on your favorite show. A small, full size, eat-in kitchen features all the necessities needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. The bedroom has a full size bed & the bathroom has a stand-up shower!

Mill Creek Farm

Relax in quiet peacefulness surrounded by forest. You really notice the beauty and sounds of nature here. Walk down the trail to the one acre pond to feed the fish from the pier. Or walk out the back door to another trail to experience complete solitude. This was my grandparent's home where they once farmed 80 acres. It's cozy, quaint and very private. However, it's less than four miles from downtown Sumrall and 16 miles to Hattiesburg. Your pets will enjoy the large fenced in back yard.

Tranquil Hideaway

This serene 1-bedroom cottage is a guest house located behind our primary residence. It offers a blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. The open concept living area provides a large area for relaxation and socializing. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, Tranquil Hideaway offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. This home is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke inside the cottage you will be charged a $250 fee.
