The Tiny Condo will offer you the opportunity to cook your gourmet meals in the full-size, well-stocked kitchen. As you climb to your loft, you will sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed, which is above a queen-size master bed. These cozy sleeping quarters will allow your family and friends to be comfortable in an affordable accommodation.

This light, airy 900 sq ft. attached apartment was completed in 2018. Minutes from downtown Ketchum & the Warm Springs base, this modern one bedroom rental is a short walk to the bus stop. The apartment is two levels with a queen bed and private bathroom upstairs, and a pull out couch downstairs. The ground level includes a living area and kitchen as well as a 1/2 bath. Ideal location and for a winter or summer stay in the Ketchum/SV area. Minutes from biking & hiking, and the ski resort.

Quiet spot only a stone's throw from downtown Ketchum. This tranquil 1 bedroom condo with pullout is the perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing Sun Valley or exploring the Sawtooths. All of the best bars and restaurants that Ketchum has to offer are just steps from the front door. Well appointed kitchen, cozy queen bed, couch with pullout bed and smart TV (NO CABLE/SATELLITE). This unit is managed by owners so you can count on responses from people who genuinely care about your stay.

Quiet getaway in Hailey.

This cozy cabin is a great getaway. It is riding distance to hiking and mountain bike trails and is 10 miles from Sun Valley's skiing and mountain biking. The private setting provides a quiet and serene place to relax and is blocks from downtown Hailey. Fully fenced yard with city park to the west and north of the property. We have 2 cruiser bikes, 2 pair of snowshoes and a small barbeque available. Not suitable for toddlers and young children. Campers and camping are not allowed.

Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

This tasteful, recently remodeled studio condo has a sliding glass door to a deck with views of majestic Bald Mountain. Our cozy condo is the perfect home base for your Idaho getaway during any season!

Nestled among the trees and minutes from the airport, this modern studio is designed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. The second-story walk-up includes a private deck with bistro seating, a memory foam mattress, a down-wrapped sofa, fast WiFi, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with a gas convection oven. Full bath with washer/dryer. Free off-street parking. Due to documented medical allergies in our attached home, we are exempt from hosting service animals.

You can't beat the location of this studio in walking distance to everything! Enjoy the full kitchen and sweet mountain views right in the heart of Ketchum. Unpack, relax and enjoy your stay! Everything is right at your toes -- the lifts at River Run, the BCRB trail, restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, entertainment and shopping are all within a half-mile stroll. The local bus system just one street away can easily get you around as well.
