Sofiahuset har tilhørt familien vår siden 1908. Huset har blitt pusset opp i nyere tid, men vi har tatt vare på det gamle særpreget og historien etter bestemor Sofia. Huset ligger praktisk plassert, kun 30 miutter kjøretid fra Bergen sentrum. 40 minutter til Bergen lufthavn Flesland. Stedet er et ideelt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, for å utforske Bergen og fjordene, eller kun nyte fred og ro og fjordutsikt på Norges største innlandsøy. Flåm, Voss, Hardanger og Trolltunga er i dagsturavstand.

Idyllisk og usjenert perle ved sjøen

Velkommen til Nautaneset! Opprinnelig en gammel husmannsplass som nå er tatt i bruk som fritidsbolig. Hytten ligger usjenert til ved Sævareidsfjorden med vei helt frem. Her får du tilgang til et sjarmerende gammelt hus, store grøntområder, gode bademuligheter, stangfiskemuligheter og et naust med tilgang til kajakker, fiskeutstyr, uteleker, bålpanne og utemøbler. Utenfor naustet er det en stor platting og vedfyrt badestamp. Området er barne- og dyrevennlig. Vann fra brønn, drikkevann fra tank.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable. Modern furnished cottage close to the sea, which was completed in March 2017. Large windows provide a unique sea view. Large bathroom with tub. Airy loft with two mansard rooms. It is possible to rent a boat. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for a fee of 150 NOK per guest. Austefjordstunet is a place for recreation, and loudly partying at night is not accepted. Breaking this rule will give the owner the right to withheld the deposit.
