The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

The dock is available for your boat whether it is a pontoon or a speed boat. We have 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use. No more than 7 people on the property at the same time and we do not allow parties, events or fireworks as we are in a residential neighborhood. The beautiful views will not disappoint.

There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
