Relax with this great apartment with an amazing view. Right on the inter coastal and ideal location for sunsets. 7 minutes walk to beach access, and only 5 minutes walk to stores and shops. There is a community pool, perfect to sip on mojitos while watching yachts sail by. there will be a one time fee of $75 paid to the building for any stay. If you stay more than 30 days it is $100. IMPORTANT: check in must be between 8:30 am and 7 pm.
