Guest house shares one wall (kitchen wall) with main house. 2 friendly Pomeranians on site. A secluded nature getaway but still close to all conveniences! 10-15 mins away from Target, Walmart, etc

One bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, large walk-in closet. Living room with TV. Kitchen with oven, stove, bar seats for eating. Washer and dryer included. Private pickleball court available from 10a-3p. Please message host when using court. Paddles and balls available onsite. Please note court being refinished. 30 day min. This is a no smoking property.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything thanks to its central location of the city of Fayetteville Georgia, making it the perfect base for your stay. Just 2 minutes from a fantastic park to walk or have a good time enjoying outdoor activities, and 10 min from Fayetteville Pavillion where you will find many stores

The sounds and sight of nature will greet you every second of the day. This will be your personal independent undisturbed space for the length of time you choose to stay. You will be provided with a door code for entrance and exit; fully furnished guest suite on the first floor of the home including ONE bedroom, bathroom and living area at no extra cost There is also a bonus sitting area at the lower deck that is ideal for bird watching and for general enjoyment of nature

Close to the airport, Echopark Speedway, downtown Fayetteville, and within an hour of all major attractions.
