This charming space is part of the main house but is blocked off internally for added privacy and features its own private entrance, giving you a nice sense of seclusion. Designed for your comfort, it features a cozy bed and abundant natural light. You’ll also enjoy a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with all the essentials. Our goal is to create a functional and inviting atmosphere, ensuring you feel right at home during your stay.

It’s one of the 2 units. 5 minutes drive to Rockea train station but walking distance to bus/ rail bus as Salisbury station closed at the moment. Famous Cafe/ breakfast outlet 200mtrs away, Salisbury hotel(eat &drink) famous Toohey’s forest walk ,tennis court, burger shop , kebab shop nearby. Ample street parking available.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
