Our in-law apartment is 650 sq. feet; a one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with a spacious living room located over our 3-car garage. This is a separate building with it's own private entrance offering complete privacy including an off-road parking space. The apartment is located in the desirable neighborhood of Powder Point which is a short walk or bike ride to Duxbury's 5-mile barrier beach.
