Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath house on Lake Erie in a private community. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and outdoor deck.. The second bath also houses the laundry. The second bedroom has a queen bed the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a loft area reached by a library ladder that has a sitting area and 5 mattresses on floor The kitchen has all new appliances and open to living and dining area. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Our Place is a 6 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available.
