Wake to sun streaming into the breakfast nook, relax in the charming shiplap-clad living room and cook in the modern kitchen. Outside, enjoy stunning sunset views from the two-story deck, complete with an outdoor shower, double swing & two dining areas. The beach is your backyard and only a few steps away down a picturesque path which opens to a breathtaking & secluded beach.

John Wesley Inn Carriage House "B"

The Carriage House building is located 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the historic downtown. It offers two individual apartments, each with two floors of living space. Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
