Located 10 minutes north of Seaside and 5 minutes from Gearhart. This spacious single-level ranch/farmhouse was recently remodeled and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the Oregon Coast. The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus a large living room that has two sitting area for tv and one for the views.   There are two outside sitting area  that have views of Astoria and Washington maritime activities.    I have posted a map of a small

Sunset Beach Cottage by lake and ocean

Please note that due to changes in the Airbnb pricing structure it may appear that our prices went up. They did not but now the price listed includes all fees. Enjoy few crowds and take the family to our kid-friendly beach house! Awesome, cottage in between Seaside and Astoria. Our adorable home is walking distance to the beach and we pride ourselves in offering a fabulous experience for guests. We lovingly remodeled a 1930 cottage into a great retreat.
