Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom featuring a luxurious California king bed and ample closet storage. Large widows for natural light (curtains are on all windows for privacy) . For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a convenient pullout queen bed from the comfortable couch.

This private 2 bedroom duplex is located in a quiet, cozy, South Austin neighborhood close to parks and multiple shopping centers. This newly renovated and contemporary designed space includes one of a kind photography and artwork. Each room includes a comfortable queen size bed that accommodates 2 guests. For extra guests, we have a comfortable 22” high queen size air mattress. Private parking space is available behind the property and the Bus stop is just feet away from the front door..

Modern back-house with an abundance of natural light includes a small kitchen with burner, full bathroom with glass panel shower, couch and smart tv lounge area and a queen sized bed. Private entrance with a private deck to sit and enjoy mornings and evenings. Located in a quiet neighborhood five minutes to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and 12 min away from South congress, Barton Springs, downtown and much more! The neighborhood also has access to the Stephenson nature trails.

South-Central Austin Haven with Private Kitchen

2-room private guest suite, 5-10 minute drive to downtown and south Austin hot spots! No shared spaces with the main house. Private entrance opens to bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. 2nd room is the kitchen/workspace with everything you need to make a meal. Keurig, complementary coffee, and bottled water. Fast Fiber Wi-Fi. Smart TV with HBO Max, Apple TV, etc. Outside sitting area to enjoy coffee/wine! Easy self check in! Gravel pathway to entrance- not ADA accessible.

Home Away From Home in South Austin

I am 15 minutes to Downtown and about 10 minutes to the South Congress area. Walking distance from convenience stores, cafe's, and restaurants. I'm happy to give recommendations to nearby restaurants :) Note: Check-in is at 4pm CST. Check-in instructions will be sent at 11am CST on check-in day. No parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. No pets. Zero tolerance policy for the above.

We have taken every opportunity to provide comfort with black out shades, a high quality mattress and upscale bedding. Enjoy a calming view of open countryside and the adjacent 20 acre greenbelts while still being close to many shops and attractions.

After a day exploring, come back to relax and grab take-out down the street from a local restaurant or food trailer.
