Waterfront! A beautiful, newly-renovated suite with modern coastal style. Walk out of the french doors onto your private patio to the Davis Bay shore! Located between Gibsons and Sechelt with walkout access to Davis Bay beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Please note the treehouse is built in the backyard and is shared with a beautiful young family and doesn’t have WIFI. With its humble size and creative design, the treehouse will transport you into nature and is sure to bring you more relaxation, connection and creativity.
