The lawn is perfect for volleyball or badminton, while the backyard offers a wonderful place for picnics, sunbathing, or basking in the shade. The charming Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle is an excellent choice for families with children or anyone who wants a central but safe and quiet location. We're right across the street from the Woodland Park Zoo / playground, and plenty of fantastic kid-friendly restaurants to choose from. You will find parking is free and easy-to-find on the street in front of our home. Or just jump on a bus right down the street which takes you right to Pike's Market.
