'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Tucked into a lush rain forest, this cozy and private tiny house is a peaceful retreat for slowing down. Wake to birdsong and filtered light through the towering trees, enjoy coffee or wine outdoors on the deck, grill dinner and gather by the fire pit as stars appear through the forest canopy. A great, private studio apartment with its own entrance in our remodeled basement, featuring stylish finishes. Guests can enjoy the hot tub and private guest-only gazebo. Convenient access to Seattle via Kingston or Bainbridge ferries, including the fast ferry from Kingston. Nicely located at the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, with proximity to the Olympic Peninsula. Downtown Poulsbo is under 15 minutes away. Located just over a mile south of the iconic Hood Canal floating bridge.

This is a getaway for those who wish to reset and relax while enjoying all that Whidbey Island has to offer. Sip on a local coffee while gazing at 180 degree views of Useless Bay, Mt. Rainier, and quaint farms. Walk to Deer Lagoon to observe the over 170 species of birds taking up residence.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The Flowering Cottage

This is the original homestead on the farm, built in 1923. It has been lovingly restored into guest quarters. During weddings on our flower farm, it is the space in which our brides get ready. You will be able to wander the farm and explore the flower gardens. We offer u-pick bouquets. Seasonally, we are open Fridays to the public and our flower bar is stocked with an assortment of lovely blooms for you to create a perfect arrangement.
