Welcome to your beach vacation! Your family will be walking distance to everything! The beautiful beach, bay, playground, arcade, mini golf, pizza, ice cream and coffee! Relax in the backyard as you feel the warm sun. This super clean two bedroom ranch is very family friendly. We are right off the bridge so once you get into LBI, you are home (no more long drives)! Includes high chair, bouncer, pack and play (if needed). Brand new sectional pull-out couch! Enjoy the original charm of Surf City.

Beach block home sleeps up to 6 people, (Min. Age 25) Large 1 bedroom loft on the 2nd floor-queen bed & full bed over twin mattress, queen sofa sleeper in living room, new tile throughout the house, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wi-fi/cable, pantry, AC, grill, 2 beach chairs, outdoor shower. This home is in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. 3 min. walk up to the beach. No pets. 2 Beach Badges. Renters must bring their sheets, towels, and paper goods. We provide comforters/pillows.

We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)
