Perch Lorne is a modern architect designed studio. Situated in central Lorne up the hill which gives the Perch vibe, boasting a cosy balcony with ocean and bush views. This property is high on the hill and requires a level of agility to gain access via the 25 stairs. Once inside you’ll have a beautiful warm environment to enjoy the best of Lorne. There is a kitchenette. Perch is set in a peaceful location to relax, whilst also still close to the beach and town Perch Lorne is for up to 2 Adults

Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Cedarwood Cottage is a gorgeous private retreat, set in private, natural acreage close to Lorne. Ideally located near beaches, wildlife, bush-walking trails and Great Ocean Road. Located in the Lorne Otway Hinterland only 20 minutes drive from the beaches, restaurants and main street activities of Lorne and the Great Ocean Road. ​The self-contained cottage sleeps four comfortably, with a light-filled kitchen/living/dining, a cosy log fire and a large deck looking out to paddocks and trees.

Beautiful spa cottages suitable for a couple or a family, with full kitchen wood fire large deck BBQ & great views. Close to beach restaurants & the Great Ocean Road. Walking track, ropes course, yabby dam, native birds & kangaroo. The tariff is for 2 adults. If there are additional guests children are $30/night and adults are $50/night. Please be aware; if more bed have been slept in than the number of guest in the booking, an additional $50/per bed/per night will be charged.

Set high on our 195-acre Otways property, surrounded by National Park, guests also enjoy a communal pool, games room, and bushwalking tracks. Just 30 mins to Lorne, 1 hr to Geelong, and 2 hrs to Melbourne.

Comfortable sun bathed rural cottage, nestled between towering Otway gums sitting on the banks of Henderson Creek. Clean and well appointed, this three bedroom house is a world away from the hustle and bustle but only 2 minutes drive to the beach and to Lorne.
