A well furnished and homely 4-person ground floor apartment in Uitvlugt, Paramaribo. Private entrance, living/dining room, open kitchen and two bedrooms with air conditioning. Lounging by the pool or relaxing on the terrace. Child-friendly and safe: parking on site and there are surveillance cameras. With many shops and good restaurants nearby and only 5km (15 minutes) from the center. An ideal base for trips. The owner lives in the upstairs apartment and can show you around (if desired).

Luxury city centre stay in colonial style building

Welcome and enjoy your stay in this beautiful very spacious apartment with herringbone hard wood floor in this colonial style building. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbours tropical garden. On the south side of the property you will see a pack of large green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am before they migrate to another area of the city. You may spot the occasional green leguana in the trees in the back.

U zal zich gelijk welkom voelen in ons prive appartementencomplex. We zijn goed gelegen vlakbij de uitgaansbuurt en het oude stadscentrum. Op loopafstand zijn er hotel Marriot, Casino Riviera en RCR hotel met zwembad en fitnessruimtes. Vervoer van en naar de luchthaven is ook mogelijk en we staan de hele dag ter uwer beschikking voor vragen en tips. Speciale wensen? Stuurt u maar een berichtje en we kijken hoe we u kunen helpen.
