Gracie’s Cabin on the lake with a hot tub!

Come stay at our peaceful cozy cabin with a hot tub to recharge and relax. Our cabin is located on a back country road with very little traffic. You have lake frontage just across the road on a 19 acre non motorboat lake. You can kayak, fish or swim here. Our cabin has all the amenities you need including water, electric, grill, outdoor picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is small, cozy and one to remember!!! We have two kayaks and a paddle boat for you to enjoy. A dock is coming soon.

Rustic lakeside cabin!

Relax with family at this peaceful retreat in the stunning Endless Mountains region, only 20 min. from Binghamton. The cabin has a loft-like open plan. Please see the ‘details to note’ section to get more information about the layout. This is a no-smoking property. There is a downward incline/small hill to get to the cabin so it would be a challenge for handicapped individuals or people with difficulties walking. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway.

Sparky's, 2 Bedroom Cottage

Sparky's Place is a lake access cottage with a view of Elk Mountain Ski resort, (8.8 miles to resort); composed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full open kitchen with counter seating and family room. A washer/dryer, and finished basement with a pool table, 50" TV and 2 large recliners. Kitchen table is available in the finished basement. Fire pit, picnic table, yard furniture and a Weber charcoal grill is provided. Fire wood /charcoal is provided at no extra cost. Garage not included

If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you've found your place! Enjoy peaceful rural surroundings and all that lake life has to offer. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, peaceful walks, and chilling on the huge deck overlooking the lake are just a few ways you can spend your day.

Hoots Inn, (formerly Noonan's Getaway)

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.
