Sparky's Place is a lake access cottage with a view of Elk Mountain Ski resort, (8.8 miles to resort); composed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full open kitchen with counter seating and family room. A washer/dryer, and finished basement with a pool table, 50" TV and 2 large recliners. Kitchen table is available in the finished basement. Fire pit, picnic table, yard furniture and a Weber charcoal grill is provided. Fire wood /charcoal is provided at no extra cost. Garage not included

Fiddle Lake is a family orientated vacation spot to relax and have lots of fun! Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, boating, or just floating in a tube. Try a rowboat, kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, and some tubes provided. Go bicycling or hiking on the 38 mile D&H Rail Trail 2 miles away. Hike in summer or ski in winter at Elk Mountain Ski Resort 6 miles away. Dine at an assortment of local restaurants, grill and eat outdoors overlooking the lake. Adorable, remodeled 2 bedroom lakeside cottage on the eastern shore of Laurel Lake in northern Pennsylvania, 15 minutes between Montrose, PA and Binghamton, NY. We are happy to open our lake home for an inaugural season of weekly rentals. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
