Cozy guest suite attached to main house in log cabin village. Full kitchen, dining area, wood stove, comfy queen bed, walk-in closet, games, 100 movies. Walk-in shower & built-in seat. Laundry room with door to deck area, bistro tables, firepit. The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Enjoy this mid-century modern guest house in a spectacular site, with a lake view, waterfall, and forest all in one place. The house was just fully renovated. This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. The location is super close to everything Ithaca has to offer—Ithaca falls, downtown, restaurants, the farmer's market, wineries, all within a few minutes drive of your rental. This unit is fully private, with no shared areas/entrance with the other unit.

Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.
