Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Cookout, relax, fish & kayak (included) alongside the Withlacoochee River. Updated home on stilts located just 15 min upriver from the Suwannee state park & hidden springs (The River is accessible, but it is not easily accessible because the water fluctuates so much). The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Just 25 min from Live Oak shopping!

Spend all the time you want at home in Nature relaxing or recreating. This unique treehouse home is set high up in the trees and on 13 acres of natural habitat on the banks of the Santa Fe River. The Santa Fe has so much wildlife, and we are near the famous crystalline Ichetucknee River and miles of public trails. We share our kayaks, a canoe, and many amenities for your stay. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Pope's Camp House

Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
