The terrace faces south and in calm nice weather it is great to have a nice evening with barbeque grill or lying in the hot tub watching the stars or at winter time watching the amazing northern lights. Great hiking paths are in the area and lots of Icelandic horse realated activities are all around.We are located between Hveragerði and Selfoss (5km from Hveragerði and 10km from Selfoss). Beautiful nice house (the one on the left) for 2-4 people, with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed (for 1-2 persons). The house has a kitchenette and bathroom. Sólvangur is a horse-breeding farm in the South Coast of Iceland. You will have wonderful views to nature, horses, sheep, dogs and cats in the surroundings. Stable shop is on sight if you like to know the Icelandic horse by doing a riding lessons, children ride or a stable visit. You will get link after you have confirm your booking.

Gamla húsið is in Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga horse-farm, located in the south of Iceland, 35km -from Reykjavík in Ölfus and 3min. drive off Route 1.
