The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. Iznajmljujem apartman za 2+2 osobe u jednim od najljepših i najmirnijih ulica u bližem centru Osijeka. Samo 25 m od pješačkog mosta gdje se nalazi i poznata šetnica "Promenada" uz rijeku Dravu, u blizini poznatog kupališta "Copacabane". Preko puta objekta nalazi se park Perivoja kralja Tomislava i nekoliko teniskih igrališta. Od objekta imate samo 250 m do glavne tržnice i 500 m do Tvrđe i samog centra. Mogućnost besplatnog parkinga u dvorištu. Slijepa ulica u kojoj se ne naplaćuje parking!

It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u nesvakidašnjem stilu. Studio-apartman se sastoji od prostora kuhinje sa blagavaonicom i prostora sa krevetom. Malena kupaonica je odvojena vratima. Studio je novouređen i potpuno opremljen, klimatiziran i ima besplanan WiFi internet. Ukoliko je potreban parking, obavezno je potrebna rezervacija istoga prilikom rezervacije apartmana (nalazi se u podzemnoj garaži autobusnog kolodvora), te se dobije kartica za besplatno korištenje.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Szeretettel várjuk egész évben nyitvatartó ,nyugodt,csendes környezetben,a gyógyfürdőtől 5 perc sétára lévő vendégházunkba.A ház teljesen felújított,klimatizált.Férőhelyek száma:Max 6 fő.Alsó szint: konyha,étkező,nappali,fürdő,wc. Felső szint: 2 hálószoba,fürdő.wc.(Áraink az idegenforgalmi adót nem tartalmazzák) egész család jól fogja érezni magát ezen a békés szálláshelyen.

Földszinti garzonlakást alakítottuk ki apartmanná. Teljesen felújított, modern bútorokkal berendezett. Középpontban a kikapcsolódás, nyugalom, kényelem helyezkedik el. Studio apartment on ground floor. Recently renovated, decorated using modern furniture. Our main concern was to create a cosy place to relax and hang back.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
