At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.

Moschato Estate is set in a 4,500 m olive grove in the outskirts of the village ² Svoronata. The estate comprises 3 villas, Joyiana, Laoura and Virginia. There are over 80 olive trees in the grounds. Situated in the countryside surrounded by vineyards and other olive groves. It is a serene and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villas are surrounded by olive, fig and citrus fruit trees, also lavender, rosemary and other low bushes and flowers.

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.
