The City Guest House

Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

A clean, modern self-contained guest house separate to the main home at the rear of the property with its own entry in an excellent location to the city, Optus Stadium/ Casino, the Swan River, Victoria Park Cafe strip, and popular cafes in the local area. There is a park across the road with a playground. Unlimited free street parking in front of the property. The guesthouse is on the bus route to the Perth CBD.
