Just a short stroll to public transport, Como Hotel, and cute cafes. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Crown Casino, Victoria Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin University, City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is brand new, fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

The Connolly Guest House, Joondalup

The Connolly Guest House is ideal for anyone attending a function at the internationally-renowned Joondalup Golf Resort, visiting Edith Cowan University (many of our guests are studying, lecturing or doing research there), Joondalup Health Campus, or for people visiting relatives in the northern suburbs. It would be perfect if you are moving into the area and need somewhere to stay temporarily, or if you’re holidaying and want to enjoy our close-by pristine beaches and many other attractions.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Chidlow, Lake Leschenaultia Spa/Sauna(extra cost)

Enjoy a relaxing break away from the city. Situated on a 5 acre peaceful bush block with your own private driveway access and parking. Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

Farview Guest Accommodation

Farview Cottage is nestled in the picturesque Perth Hills in Pickering Brook. Our charming, self contained cottage offers all the comforts of home, featuring two cosy bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen, bathroom, meals area, lounge and laundry.
