The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. For extra comfort, a cosy fireplace and private outdoor sauna await, perfect for relaxing evenings. Note: We charge an extra £30 to use the sauna during your stay. (See other details to note)

Lower Deck- Spacious Apartment, Central Location

Situated on the route of the South West Coast path and in a fabulous central and level location you will be ensured a comfortable stay in the Lower Deck; a large self-contained basement apartment within a historical Grade II listed property. The Maritime Museum in Events Square and the bustling town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. Please read ‘other things to note’ for awareness prior to booking.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

Carrick View Harbourside Apartment

Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.

A two-storey separate annexe with double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and sitting room, breakfast area and cloakroom on the ground floor. Private off-road parking and shared rear entrance (with the owners). Located in the heart of Falmouth, the beaches, town centre and harbour are all within a 15 minute walk. Cooked breakfast is not available; however, a continental breakfast selection is provided.
