Dockside Cottage at Lookout Point

Our Ocean Side Cottage offers the best sunsets on the East Coast! This seasonal cottage is available Mid Apr thru Mid Oct. Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.

If you want to be near the action of an active and interesting harbor, this is the place for you. You will have a front row seat to spectacular morning sunrises over the harbor, the comings and goings of the fishermen and the many boats docked at the marina and anchored in the harbor. This spacious four bedroom two and a half bath home is located at the Great Harbor Marina just half a mile from downtown Southwest Harbor. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops and more.

Drift Away Cottage on Popham Beach

Newly renovated cottage, steps away from the beautiful 7 mile sandy Popham Beach. Includes private beach access. Part of the Driftwood cottage community, this cottage has its own driveway and is nestled in a private lot with plenty of front and backyard space to run around, play yard games and grill. Peek-a-boo ocean views, listen to the waves and feel the ocean breeze in this cottage designed to comfortably accommodate family, friends and children for a getaway by the sea.

McKay's Beachfront Cottages On Frenchman's Bay

Located on Hadley Point, this is a wheelchair accessible cottage with view of the bay and within 75 feet of the beach! Home has beautiful deck on bayside to view lobster boats, sunsets and an occasional otter or dolphin! Sleeps 7, has 2 bedrooms, a large handicapped accessible bathroom and an accessible ramp entrance. Our location is a kayaker's paradise, where you can easily launch your kayak down our beach ramp and enjoy our peaceful slice of heaven!
