This is a unique, newly built Treehouse (‘23) on 10 wooded acres near Watts Bar Lake. Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg! Enjoy the peace & quiet of your private deck overlooking a small Holly grove, lush forest & seasonal creek! Fire pit w/ sitting area, outdoor kitchen & BBQ. Comfy space upstairs w/queen memory foam bed, futon loveseat, full bath, fireplace & mini kitchen. Free kayaks to use at own risk. No pets or kids under 12!

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Are you ready for R&R? Discover the perfect mountain getaway in our cabin, nestled on 6 private wooded acres with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises as you sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck, or unwind in the private hot tub under a canopy of stars. Situated near attractions, including the Tail of The Dragon (20 minutes) and Gatlinburg (1.5 hours). Fishing and hiking opportunities are close too. Come experience the magic of the mountains with us!

Nanny’s Cottage

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

NEW! The "Cabin in the Pines" w/ Hot Tub

CABIN IN THE PINES….A Real log cabin, with modern amenities, nestled in the middle of tall pines and hardwoods. Enjoy the mountain air from the deck or the hot tub. Our cabin is located in Tellico Plains, TN at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and the gateway to the Cherohala Skyway and the Cherokee National Forest. Tellico is home to world-class trout fishing, an abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls, as well as 3 rivers close offering whitewater rafting, kayaking, and tubing.

Little House On The Quarry

One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to love. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing water views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, Rokus, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Fire wood and coffee are provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.

Traveler's Nest - A Comfortable Place to Land

Traveler's Nest is located in Blount County on The Dragon - a stretch of highway that attracts visitors from all over the world with breath-taking scenery and for the challenge of driving the extreme curves. It is less than 20 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 30 minutes from The University of Tennessee and less than an hour from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are many local restaurants and shops to explore and a ton of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Think glamping, surrounded by nature, but with a comfy bed and an en-suite! Peaceful and restorative seclusion is yours in this darling cottage, set on a private 40-acre property. You can truly escape to this tranquil nature retreat! Birders will enjoy our abundant avifauna; 118 species of birds have been recorded here on Wood Thrush Ridge. We are 40 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains NP. For motorcyclists, we are close to the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway.

A quaint property on an idyllic, serene country farm with 41 acres of open land, walking paths, farm animals, and lake that flows from the Tennessee river. Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with farm amenities such as fishing on our various docks around the lake, watching the sunset with a fire pit, or grilling dinner outside.
