The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level. 2 bedrooms are located at the mezzanine level. The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

In an amazing Piedmontese landscape, my cottage is located in a small town about 20 km from Lake Maggiore called Premosello-Chiovenda, in the Val Grande National Park, rich in a great variety of flora and fauna.
