Staying at an airbnb vs hotel is a topic that most have an opinion on so we strive to bridge that gap. We DON’T ask you to strip beds, wash towels, start the dishwasher.. we know that will be waiting for you at home. It’s your time away and we want it to feel like it. If you need towels or beds to be changed during a long stay, let us do that for you! And this if that doesn’t sound like enough- this is a 2-ply only toilet paper household! Located by restaurants, entertainment, and shopping!

Pearl's Place

Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Step into a private and cozy space. Relax watching TV in bed or on the couch. This place is part of our walk out basement, so you may hear day to day living upstairs. For your safety there is a Ring camera installed at the entrance and will light up the entryway when it’s dark. Parking is on the well lit public street. Easily walk up our dedicated Airbnb sidewalk, no steps, walk around to the back of the house. You’ll be in a serene space that makes you feel right at home.

Quiet country getaway with a beautiful wooded setting! Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch with your morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets from the back deck before you retire for the night in this cozy retreat. A very serene view! We are 36 miles to Eppley Airfield, 35 miles to CHI Health Center, 25 miles to Charles Schwab Field, & 33 miles to the Old Market Omaha. If you want to slow it down, we are close to Slattery Vintage Estates Winery & Round the Bend Steakhouse.
